It is extremely rare for the goods not to be up to standard when you receive them, so to put it simply, if for any reason something arrives at your home that is not to a satisfactory level, a full replacement will be issued completely free of charge and sent out straight away.

In the very unlikely event that you decide to return your furniture, we will collect it from you, and you are able to cancel your order at any time within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the goods.
